I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel. The rooms were elegantly decorated with a touch of classic charm. The common areas were beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were wide, making it easy for me to maneuver my walker, and there were plenty of seating areas throughout the hotel where I could rest and relax.
The service from the children working there could have been better. They seemed a bit disinterested and inattentive at times.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the well-appointed rooms and the helpful staff, who made my holiday experience much better. the location was great and enabled me to enjoy the lively culture of the town. I also enjoyed the restaurant service and the unusual but tasty menu.
Although the laundry service was not at its best, what bothered me the most was the lack of attention to servicing the rooms. They were not cleaned appropriately, and the amenities were below par.

I chose this hotel for attending a session, and their event facilities were excellent. The conference center and meeting room provided a comfortable and professional setting for my work needs. The staff was accommodating and ensured that everything ran smoothly.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have a space with computers and printers readily available for printing and scanning documents.

The hotel had a great location for exploring the city. The breakfast was tasty and it had a lot of different options. The staff was very helpful and had a great attitude. Another bonus was that the hotel had a beautiful garden with a stunning pool, perfect for taking a break from city life.
The room was a bit smaller than what we expected based on the pictures and the price we paid. The shower was not very big, which made it a bit hard to move around and it could have been cleaner.
